Raven Landing Senior Housing



Weeks Field Estates
Weeks Field Estates and Raven Landing are located on a 13 acre site in Fairbanks, Alaska that had previously been used as a 272 unit multi-family project called Fairview Manor. Swell demolished the old buildings and constructed 130 low-income housing units and 100 market rate senior housing dwellings along with a community center on the balance of the site.
Susitna View Redevelopment

Susitna View is a 21 unit Housing First project in downtown Anchorage. We built the project for the nonprofit RurALCAP, a social service agency that provides 24 hour case management services catering to the community's chronically homeless population.
Trailside Heights New Construction

Trailside Heights is a 66 unit Anchorage project completed in 2013 for Volunteers of America. It is a low income tax credit project catering to families making between 50% and 60% of median income. The general contractor was Neeser Construction and the architect was Lumen Design
Northepoint Bluff Condo Project

Northpoint Bluff is a 12 unit high-end condo project that was developed in the Government Hill neighborhood in Anchorage. This development set the standard for a higher level of design in this part of town.
Petco Commercial Development

The Petco building is a 10,000 square foot concrete structure in a bustling section of Soldotna, Alaska. This was Swell's first commercial development and it has been very well received.
