UIC Extended Stay Facility
We assisted the Ukpeagvik Iñupiat Native Corporation in the construction of a 15 unit extended stay facility in remote Alaska.
NANA Building
We oversaw the environmental remediation of a 50,000 square foot office building originally constructed in 1963 so it could be marketed and resold. We also handled the real estate brokerage portion of the sales transaction.
