Glenn Gellert holds a Bachelors degree from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon School of Business. After a brief stint in banking, Glenn went on to work for a family real estate and development business that focused on buying deeds of trust and rental properties. In 1999 he completed his first LIHTC project in Girdwood, Alaska. Since then he has developed over a thousand LIHTC units primarily in Alaska, along with subdivision land development work and commercial work.

John McGrew has been involved in banking, finance, affordable housing, and land, residential, multi-family, commercial development for 40+ years. A life long entrepreneur, he has been involved in many types of real estate related business, and a co founder of oil support, camp construction and leasing company. John has also acted as developer and consultant for many non-profit organizations. John has lived in Alaska for most of his life, and enjoys fishing, boating and spending time with his family and friends.
